The moon don’t hang quite as high as it used to…
I have been thinking about individuality lately. Every person has their quirks that makes them unique. As a people watcher, I find this fascinating. With this, I have been doing some self evaluation lately. This is what makes me unique:
1. I eat one thing at a time, and if I’m using a plate, I start at 6 o’clock and go clockwise.
2. I prefer water from the bathroom sink over the kitchen sink.
3. I sleep with 4 blankets because I hate being cold.
4. I still wear pink bunny slippers. I am 22 years old.
5. It’s not a good idea to wake me from a nap because I have been known to become either violent or hold a conversation with you.
6. I cover my mouth when I eat because I don’t like it when people watch me chew.
7. If I know a song, I can usually tell you what it is with one or two notes.
8. I prefer leftovers to the original meal.
9. I haven’t successfully gone to sleep before midnight since my senior year of high school.
10. I smell cups before I drink out of them.
11. I sleep with a baseball bat next to my bed.
12. I have horrible road rage… even as a passenger. If I’m a passenger, it’s worse because I will mock you since I don’t have to pay attention to the road.
13. I absolutely refuse to take cough syrup. If it doesn’t come in pill form, I won’t touch it.
14. I hate public speaking, but I love doing karaoke or playing music in front of people.
15. I love cooking. I love cooking for other people even more. If I don’t have to eat the food I prepare, I’m a happy person. Don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious, I just feel guilty eating 2 dozen or more cookies by myself.
16. I know all of the words to “Paper Planes” by MIA, and I have a dance to the chorus. It’s almost impressive.
17. My appetite is almost scary for my size. I order the King Burrito at a local restaurant to challenge myself and impress my friends.
18. I only love snow until Christmas.
19. If I’m listening to music when I’m walking somewhere, I walk to the beat of the music.
20. I can say my ABC’s faster backwards.
I am sure there are more things to add to this list, but coming up with 20 was hard enough.
